1. Definitions

• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on h89apk. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts in another person's name, or sharing accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account on h89apk, you must complete our online registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, mobile phone number, and chosen username and password. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change to ensure accuracy at all times.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

h89apk implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent underage gambling. You will be required to submit the following documents within 72 hours of your first deposit:

• Clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and ID number
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for facial recognition verification

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will be temporarily suspended until documentation is provided and approved. First-time withdrawals cannot be processed without completed KYC verification.

4.3 Account Security

5.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

h89apk does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may assess their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account balance, except in cases of proven technical error or duplicate transactions.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your h89apk account are legally obtained, belong to you, and are not derived from any illegal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds, especially for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.

6. Withdrawals & Payouts

To request a withdrawal from your h89apk account, you must meet the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000
• You must have completed the wagering requirements for any active bonuses

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

We guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted during business hours for verified accounts. h89apk does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may assess incoming transfer fees beyond our control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Bronze Tier: Maximum Rp 20,000,000 per transaction, Rp 100,000,000 per week
• Silver Tier: Maximum Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Rp 250,000,000 per week
• Gold Tier (VIP): Maximum Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, unlimited weekly limit

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on h89apk are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by h89apk management. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and betting markets before confirming any wager.

• All bets are settled based on official results published by the governing sports body or league
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled before completion, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules
• For football betting, all bets are settled on 90 minutes of play plus injury time, unless specified as "including extra time and penalties"
• Live in-play betting may have delayed odds updates due to streaming lag; h89apk reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds resulting from technical delays

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h89apk and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

h89apk provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure. We are not responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, banking delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect your ability to access the platform or process transactions.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk, and you may lose all funds wagered. h89apk is not responsible for your gambling losses or any negative consequences arising from excessive gambling behavior. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and financial management.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your h89apk account at any time by contacting our customer service team via live chat or email. Before account closure, you must withdraw all remaining balances and settle any outstanding bets. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to use h89apk services in the future, you must register a new account.

11.2 Involuntary Account Suspension or Closure
